According to the Columbus Museum of Art, events are offered as both a wedding only or a wedding and reception package which start at $10,000 and include custom design and access to one of the museum's event specialists. A ceremony-only package is available for $2000 in one of the smaller spaces or for $2,500 in one of the museum's larger venues.
The museum offers in-house catering by celebrated Chef Laura Richmond. Richmond brings a farm-to-table approach to cooking with an emphasis on exploring fresh interpretations of modern cuisine. However, the museum also retains a list of several other approved caterers from the Columbus area. The Columbus Museum of Art also owns the liquor license for all events, therefore all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are required to be purchased and served by the museum.

Located on the outskirts of downtown Columbus, Easton is an area bustling with upscale amenities including shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. In the heart of this vibrant area is the Hilton Columbus at Easton, a cornerstone to everything this area has to offer and the ideal spot to host a sophisticated and festive wedding.
Originally established as the Columbus Gallery of Fine Arts, the museum was formerly housed in the Sessions Mansion. It was subsequently replaced with its current building in 1931 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992. In 2007, the museum began a two-phase renovation project, opening the first part in 2011 and the final phase in 2015. As a result of this massive expansion and restoration, the museum added over 50,000 square feet to its footprint including the stunning new Margaret M. Walter wing.
Some of the nation's finest works of art are on display at the Columbus Museum of Art including the Ferdinand Howald Collection which boasts works by Edgar Degas, Pablo Picasso and Henri Matisse. In addition, the museum also retains one of the country's most renowned collections by realist George Bellows.

Our reception was at The Wells Barn at Franklin Park Conservatory. I fell in love with the venue the first time I saw it. The feeling was reminiscent of the first time I saw Dan. Cheesy but true, I knew I had to have my reception there.
