Golf Carts are provided with a club escort and Scioto Reserve allows for couple, bridal party and the creative team to go anywhere on the course grounds the day of the wedding. These carts are available at any time to you and your vendor team.
According to the Events Management Team at Scioto Reserve for peak season Saturday venue rentals start at $2000 and includes access to the venue starting at 10am to both the bridal suite and groom’s quarters area. All of the reception packages include a 1 hour cocktail hour and 4 hour reception. The table, linens, glassware, flatware and china are included as well as 2 personal detail meetings and an individual tasting with the culinary team for up to 4 guests. Ceremony packages start at $1,495 and include for the ceremony, chairs and audio.
Scioto Reserve offers two different locations for wedding ceremonies. A beautiful outdoor garden able to accommodate 250 guests. Their garden is beautifully maintained with lush seasonal flowers and a rock waterfall for your backdrop. If an outdoor wedding isn’t your vision, then you can move inside to the main ballroom, where you still feel outside because of the floor to ceiling windows. When the ceremony is indoor, they do prefer to set the room ceremony style and flip reset the room during your cocktail hour. Both options can accommodate up to 250 and include chairs and sound system as well.
The main ballroom is 4,500 square feet and can accommodate up to 250 guests including adequate space for the head bridal table and dance floor. This space offers you and your guests a one of a kind view, offering a 200 degree panoramic view overlooking both the outdoor ceremony area garden and championship golf course. Scioto Reserve's cocktail lounge area offers an amazing downtown feel with a large bar, double sided fireplace and audio visual – great for displaying your engagement photos from Style and Story for all your guests to see.
Scioto Reserve also handles all catering in house and offers an extensive menu for you and guests the night of the wedding. It is the culinary teams goal to create amazing dishes which are appealing to the eye and leave your guests satisfied. Their culinary team is more than happy to work around any dietary needs too. *Bonus, all packages also include a wedding cake from The Cake Studio! Couples have over 50 designs to choose from or you can always meet directly with The Cake Studio and design your own wedding cake for an additional cost.
