Welcome to the wedding of Andrea & Mike!!!
HOW DID YOU MEET?
Michael and I met on Match.com in the winter of 2014. Our first date was at World of Beers in the Brewery District.
DESCRIBE THE LOCATION OF THE DAY:
We got married at The Well’s Barn at Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. When we started planning our wedding, we looked at several beautiful venues, but knew the Franklin Park Conservatory was the place for us! We loved the mix of getting married in a gorgeous outdoor garden and having our cocktail hour in the lush greenery and then moving the reception inside to a rustic, yet chic Barn.
TELL US ABOUT THE WEDDING DRESS:
My dress was a strapless, multi-tiered skirt with a mix of layers of lace and tulle ruffles. I paired the dress with the perfect amount of sparkle with the belt I chose. The dress represented the look of the day, shabby chic!

WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND YOUR BRIDESMAID LOOKS?
Since my sister was the maid of honor and only attendant in the wedding, she was able to choose her own look (with my requirements!). Dayna chose a navy blue, beaded, above the knee, a strappy dress that looked great!
LET’S TALK BLOOMS! DESCRIBE YOUR BOUQUETS & BOUTONNIERES:
I wanted a blend of white, ivory and pale blush flowers for my bouquet. I love peony’s, so having those as part of my flowers was very important. The boutonnieres were simple, yet sophisticated.
ANY INSIDER TIPS FOR PLANNING A WEDDING?
It’s hard planning a wedding in seven months! There are so many details and major decisions that go into planning a wedding that I had no idea prior to getting engaged. I would suggest having a checklist and following it by order of importance. Also, just when you think everything is done… it’s not! We will now appreciate every wedding we attend with a higher level of respect than before!
WHAT WAS ONE OF THE MOST EMOTIONAL PARTS OF THE DAY?
The entire day was emotional! I’ve waited my entire life to marry the man of my dreams and on 6/25/17, that dream came true! If I had to pick the most emotional part, it was walking down the aisle with my dad towards Michael.
