RECEPTION AND CEREMONY SPACES
The Museum of Fine Arts Saint Petersburg hosts two main venues for your wedding day so you get choices. The Conservatory and Terrace the Mary Room. They also have several gardens on property which can be used alongside these main venues.
The Conservatory and Terrace is the largest venue, spanning 6,180 square feet, accommodating up to 500 guests according to the Museum of Fine Arts’ website. This two-story glass venue provides tons of natural light and beauty. The outside terrace brings that beauty even closer, placing you right across from the bay. In addition to all of the elegance and beauty included in this space, your rental also includes 2.5 hours of access, for both you and your guests, to enjoy traveling exhibits and art displays hosted at the museum.
The Mary Room provides a stunning ambiance with 22 foot high ceilings and crystal chandeliers that make for a roomy and elegant celebration. Spanning 5,184 square feet and accommodating up to 250 guests this room is one to make sure your wedding day is one filled with everything you need. This room also features hardwood flooring and a dance floor.
Just beside the Mary Room are two gardens included with your rental, The Membership Garden and the Sculpture Garden. These gardens add over 5,000 square feet of event space featuring tropical plants, sculptures, vaulted ceilings, and tasteful lighting. These gardens can also be used separately for smaller wedding occasions accommodating up to 160 standing guests.
PRICING AND PACKAGES
The Museum of Fine Arts Saint Petersburg weddings have a starting reception fee of $2,900 for a five hour rental during the off-season according to Wedding Wire. Since this museum is a non-profit your facility rental also supports arts and museum exhibits and programs. Beyond the starting reception fee, packages can be customized based on your event needs and time needed.
Your wedding day food and drink can also be taken care of in-house. The exclusive food catering vendor for events is Olympia Catering & Events and the exclusive beverage provider is Catering by Lundys. No other catering or outside alcohol/beverages are allowed.
